From your seat at newly opened Lions Den Restaurant you'll have Bonaire's best chance to see and learn about the famous green flash. Every table has a 270° view of our glorious sunsets. The flash is real but it's very quick. So get there early and enjoy one of their unique Tropical drinks while you wait. They will even give you the scientific explanation for the green flash.

The stylish menu, offering American and International cuisine, has something for everybody: lots of appetizers, big salads, famous Lion Burgers, Steaks with Style, vegetarian, Ocean Delights and five ways of topping the Daily Catch. Also very popular are their Specials, fresh Pasta Bowls and the Children's Menu.

Be sure to leave room for the desserts too. The Key Lime Pie is one of Kirk's specialties which many visitors will remember from the Green Parrot.
