Does candlelight dining on the water disturb the fish?
Dock of the Bay![]()
And you won't be wastin' time all
day. Each moment will be filled with colorful fish swimming
below, divers surfacing for air or the glow of lights from
night divers. Tables in arched windows look out on
the brilliant blue of Bonaire's calm waters. There are
intimate corners for two or large tables for your whole
group. If you're up early and "sittin' in
the morning sun," you can enjoy our delicious breakfast
buffet. Choose from a wide variety of fresh local fruits,
cereals, breads, cheese, pancakes, French toast, or bacon
and eggs freshly made to order. The breakfast buffet is
available from 7 to 10:30 a.m. And if you're sittin' on the dock of
the bay when the tide rolls away at lunchtime, join us for a
burger, sandwich or salad, prepared to order just the way
you like it. Lunch is served from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. so
there's plenty of time to rest between dives. By evenin' time the sun begins to
fall and you'll want to be right here on the Dock of the Bay
to catch the famous "green flash." Happy hour starts at 5
p.m. just to get you in the mood. You can enjoy a perfect
sunset while deciding on your choice for dinner. Be sure to
save room for the home made fresh fruit ice creams that are
an island favorite. As you relax and enjoy the view you
can join us as we hum a few bars of Otis Redding's famous
song: "Two thousand miles
I've roamed, just to make this dock my
home..." at Buddy Dive
