seven different activities
to choose from

Long known for its outstanding diving, Discover Bonaire offers many exciting ways to explore the island's above water treasures as well. From sea to shining sea, you can:

  • Bike
  • Dive
  • Kayak
  • Snorkel
  • Nature Tours
  • Hike
  • Bird Watch

Any five of the above in one Adventure Package

The Discover Bonaire Adventure Package is the ideal way for visitors of almost any age to experience the variety of Bonaire activities. Choose a different activity for each of five days and on the sixth day you name your favorite and you can do it again. Each activity lasts a half day so you are free to relax or go back in the ocean for the rest of the day. Certified divers can take advantage of the unlimited shore diving in their free time.

It's all part of the Discover Bonaire Adventure Package that you could win. Of course, you are already a winner for donating to Jong Bonaire. It is an important program for our small island and we thank you for your support.

Mountain biking and cycling have become popular ways to explore Bonaire. All our bicycles are 21-speed TREK with aluminum frames and front shocks. They are available in four different sizes, specially outfitted for off road exploring. If you are not an experienced biker, Discover Bonaire can conduct tours for you. For the more experienced cyclist we have a special bike tour through Washington/Slagbaai National Park.

Around the island are many Cycling Trails through the Kunuku (outback) using orange painted stone markers so you can't get lost. Many of the trips follow along the coastline and make stops allowing time for picnicking and a swim or snorkel. Some of the trails pass through the village of Rincon, the oldest settlement on Bonaire. You also will have a chance to pass by Gotomeer; the landlocked salt lake, where you are bound to run into a few of Bonaire's famous pink flamingoes. If you want to view and read about the Karpata Bike Trail, click here.

Mountain biking on Bonaire is a growing sport and you'll be glad you won this prize which includes taxes but not gratuities. We are looking forward to meeting you and introducing you to the trails of Bonaire. You may want to plan your trip around one of our dozen annual cycle tours or races. The races range from 40 to 80 km while the tours cover both north and south scenic trails.

When you visit you should also plan to meet the teens of Bonaire who benefit from your generous donation. Thanks again for your support.
