With all Buddy Dive apartments you'll enjoy the view of the ocean or lush tropical gardens from you own private balcony or patio. If you want to get into the swing of it, you can always hang out in our gazebo's shaded hammocks No apartment is more than a few steps away from our swimming pools and casual oceanside bar. If you choose to relax and catch some of Bonaire's rays, our large deck and raised sand beach area overlook the clear turquoise waters of the Caribbean. A short stairway provides easy access to the tranquil ocean, excellent for snorkeling and swimming. The resort's intimate size and picturesque vistas make it an ideal setting to celebrate those special occasions, like weddings, honeymoons and anniversaries. Or celebrate life's simpler pleasures, such as a blazing red sunset or unclouded moonrise. Scuba divers will find our lively house reef just a giant stride away from our Dive Center dock. There are plenty of tanks available, convenient benches for gear set-up, a sturdy ladder for easy access to the water and adjacent rinse tanks and gear storage. Our own fleet of rental trucks and our drive-through air-fill station make shore diving at Buddy's as easy as it gets. You can also join our experienced, friendly dive staff on morning or afternoon boat dives. Each day our boats go out to explore the many divesites on nearby Klein Bonaire, a short 10 minutes away, or to other spectacular sites on Bonaire. Our 5 Star PADI Gold Palm Resort truly has it all: 80, 63 and 50 cubic foot tanks for compressed air or Nitrox; full equipment rental and storage, and every level of instruction imaginable, conducted in several languages. In addition to all the standard PADI specialties, we also offer you the chance to become Enriched Air Certified and you can even try out a Rebreather! Those looking to improve their fish identification and behavior skills can dive with an inspiring local Marine Biologist. For non-divers, Buddy's Activity Center offers a wide range of adventures from mountain biking to kayaking and much more. There's something for everyone at Buddy Dive Resort.
